Ive recorded so many memories of my baby talking, and Im thankful for that, but now the App doesnt work anymore. It appears to be recording, but then it wont playback. I just missed a beautiful moment bc I thought it was working. Ill never get that back again.

It stopped working at one point and all my recordings all gone and I was not able to recover them.

Doesnt take up a lot of space for files, can record over an hour with no problem.

Great for field recordings, the quality of the recordings is unmatched. I use it in my music productions frequently.

Works well, but I agree with others that there needs to be a fast forward/reverse option. I also wish there was an option to reduce quality in favor of higher compression for smaller file sizes. Still, I am pleased with it, it recorded for over an hour without issues.

It would be better if you could trim recordings, but still very nice.

I switched to this app after the developer of my other recording app went out of business. A couple of things I noticed. My old app tells me how much space I have used for recordings. I cannot find this information anywhere in this app. Also after stopping a recording there is no way to add to it.

I have recorded several doctor appts for my grandmother to share with other family members. I’ve used this app for at least 2 years and it worked fine. I updated my computer and phone today and I can’t get any of the recordings to play. When I saved them to my desktop, the recording was not the dr. but 50 Cent rapping.

Well, I have always used this app without issue and it always did a great job. However, I think it might be conflicting with my new iPad 3 as it no longer allows playback of recording.

I would not go ANYWHERE without it! Thanks

The recording format is not windows friendly. Importing and converting is a total pain in the rear!

I thought this was a screen recorder When I tried it out I was very mad it is only a voice recorder ,I wasted 3 bucks just for a voice recorder

This App is perfect for misc. voice recordings. I record notes and at times meeting conversations for making notes later. It allows easy transfer of the recordings to another computer if you need. I have also recorded interesting radio segments on the fly. The sound sensitivity is high and playback is clean.

*Update #2 This app Iano longer compatible with the new iOS 9 or whatever the hell were on now. It stops recording after about 12-17 mins and shuts off all in its own. Ive stupidly tried this twice now thinking it was a user error but now Im on to it. Im so disappointed as this was my go to app for recording and now Im looking for others. PLEASE FIX!!!!!* I use it to record astrological readings and it is a snap to use. Clear and clean too. The only issue I have had is one person said it took forever to download to her iPad. Dont know why she had issues and no one else did. *update* Im having issues with when I pause the recording and then resuming, the recording becomes tainted and wont replay. This is bad as I have paying clients that I send these recordings to. Just had a 2 hour reading become inaccessible. Huge disappointment. Im going to have to seek other options.

Very user-friendly, you have options to email recordings, and contingent on the memory on your phone you can store a lot of recordings. You can also label your recordings.

This app just records sound not screen its a waste of 3 dollars

I use this all the time for recording songs of our rehearsals for my flute ensemble. Then I share it with the group so they can practice with the group at home. I just wish the pause button on the lock screen worked.

Although Apple does have their own app, this one is more robust, allows for LONG recordings, and multiple options on how to share or send the recordings. Ive had too many problems with long recordings getting messed up in Apples recorder and this solved all the problems! EXCELLENT app! Very helpful!
